Home visits
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.

Chaperoning
All individuals are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure where they feel that one is required.
Individuals should ask for a chaperone at the time of booking an appointment, if possible, so that arrangements can be made, and the appointment is not delayed in any way. However, a chaperone can be requested at any time.
The health and care professional may also require a chaperone to be present for certain consultations.
